Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the Nautical Charter:

  1. Booking and Payment:

    • The reservation will be confirmed only after receipt of payment.
    • Payments must be made according to the methods specified in the booking confirmation.
  2. Cancellation and Modifications:

    • Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 10 (ten) days in advance.
    • In case of cancellation less than 10 (ten) days in advance, penalties will be applied according to our cancellation policies.
  3. Weather conditions:

    • In the event of adverse weather conditions that could put safety at risk, the charter may be canceled or postponed at the operator's discretion.
  4. Customer Responsibilities:

    • The customer is responsible for safe behavior on board and must follow the instructions of the crew.
    • Any damage caused by the customer or his guests will be charged to the customer.
  5. Crew:

    • The crew is made up of qualified and experienced personnel. Any specific indication or request must be communicated to the crew.
  6. Complaints:

    • Any complaints must be communicated immediately to the crew to allow for a prompt resolution.
  7. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of force majeure or situations beyond the operator's control, it may be necessary to make changes to the charter program.
  8. Privacy Consent:

    • The customer accepts the use of their personal data for purposes related to the booking and the charter service, in compliance with privacy regulation.
